We inspect all items once your return is received. You can expect your refund within 8-10 business days following the receipt of your return. If you elect for an instant exchange, it will ship when your return is initiated.

    Return Policy
    • We accept unworn non-final sale items for return or exchange within 14 days for a full refund. 
    • Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment with a $15 shipping and handling fee deducted from the refund total. You can expect your refund credited back to your account within 3-5 business days after we receive the package. If you paid for expedited, premium shipping, or base rate shipping, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
    • Exchange orders are exempt from the $15 shipping and handling fee.
    • Please note that all sock purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Where can I check the status of my return?

    If you checked out as a Guest, go to the Shipping and Returns page and insert your details, if you have an account, login and click on “Returns” then follow the instructions or contact our Customer Care at customercare@sneex.com and we will assist you.

    What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?

    How do I do a gift return?

    You can start your gift exchange by filling in your order information HERE. If you don’t have your order information, select “Don’t have your order information?” and you’ll be prompted to fill in a few questions that will connect you to our Customer Care team who can further assist you.
