Shipping & Orders (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping - which is free for orders over $50 and typically arrives within 5-8 business days.
- Premium - for a flat rate of $15 which typically arrives within 3-4 business days.
- Expedited - for a flat rate of $30 which typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
- Please note: Expedited shipping options are not available for Alaska or Hawaii. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands).
- Orders shipped via our Economy method (free) typically arrive within 5-8 business days.
- Orders shipped via our Premium method ($15) typically arrive within 3-4 business days.
- Orders shipped via our Expedited method ($30) typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. It can also be found in your Order History tab in your account on Sneex.com.
If you haven’t received any emails and you can’t find your status online, please contact our Customer Care at customercare@sneex.com.
Can I cancel an order?
If you change your mind, please contact our Customer Care at customercare@sneex.com and we can assist with your cancellation request.
Can I add or remove items to/from my order?
Every order is processed automatically and cannot be modified once it has been confirmed, please contact our Customer Care at customercare@sneex.com for more information.

All orders are shipped with FedEx or USPS.

Where does Sneex ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Please note shipping options are not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.
Does Sneex deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders?
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes (including BFPO) or freight forwarders.
When will my order arrive?
Can I include gift wrap in my order?
We are unable to provide gift wrapping with online orders. Each item comes in an original shoe box wrapped in tissue paper and complete with protective Sneex dust bags.
Shipping & Returns (International)
- We accept unworn non-final sale items for return or exchange within 14 days for a full refund.
- Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment with a $30 shipping and handling fee deducted from the refund total. You can expect your refund credited back to your account within 3-5 business days after we receive the package. If you paid for expedited, premium shipping, or base rate shipping, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
- Exchange orders are exempt from the $30 shipping and handling fee.
- Please note that all sock purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

United States, Puerto Rico, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
What shipping methods are available?
We offer one standard shipping option for international orders, which typically takes up to 14 business days. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for international delivery at this time.
What carriers will be used?
For international shipments, we partner with Passport to ensure timely and safe delivery. You can learn more about their shipping methods here.
How much does shipping cost?
We are offering complimentary shipping on all international orders for a limited time.
Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that all applicable duties and taxes are included in the charges reflected at checkout.

Sizing
What size do I order?
Sneex fit true to size, we recommend ordering your usual shoe size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down to the next whole size.
What if I wear a half size?
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down. However, if you have wider feet and prefer a bit of a looser fit or thicker sock, you may want to size up.
What is the size range available?
Sneex shoes range from women's size 5 - 11. We currently do not offer half sizes.
Product
- To remove liquid stains such as coffee, soda, and wine, gently wipe your shoes with a soft cloth that’s been moistened with water. For harder stains, gently wipe your shoe with a soft cloth that has been moistened with a water and neutral soap solution.
- To restore the suede areas of your shoes, gently buff using a soft cloth or suede brush.
- Interior leather areas can be restored with leather shoe care products.
- To clean the outsoles and midsoles of your shoes, remove dirt or scuffs using a clean soft-bristled shoe brush or tooth brush with warm water and a gentle/mild soap. Avoid getting the suede and rest of the shoe wet.
- If the outer surface of your shoes gets wet, we recommend that you air dry in a cool, dry environment and away from direct heat.
- When storing your Sneex, ensure the straps are fastened to prevent them from sticking to other materials on your shoes.
Where are Sneex made?
Sneex are made at an artisanal manufacturer in Spain who handcrafts each pair of shoes. A single pair of Sneex takes an average of four hours to make.
How do I care for Sneex?
Properly caring for our luxury materials is key to extending the life of your Sneex.
Do you provide dust bags?
Yes, we provide a dust bag for each shoe. We recommend using these to protect your shoes from wear and tear.
Returns & Exchanges

How do I do a gift return?
You can start your gift exchange by filling in your order information HERE. If you don’t have your order information, select “Don’t have your order information?” and you’ll be prompted to fill in a few questions that will connect you to our Customer Care team who can further assist you.
